full kit

It would be GREAT if there was a simple kit with the necessary cables, etc. There's a dizzying array of 3rd-party offerings. It says explicitly (somewhere) that what comes in the box is useless on its own.
And there would probably be some cost savings that way as well.

        This is a great idea. The list of required hardware/peripherals would be 1. HDMI to HDMI (or DVI-D) 2. Serial IDC10 cable 3. serial null modem cable 4. USB 2.0 self powered hub with power supply 5. 5 volt regulated power supply ~2 amps 6. USB keyboard 7. USB mouse 8. 4 gigabyte sd card pre-flashed with choice of OS 9. USB mini A cable 10. and of course the BeagleBoard... This is the minimum kit requirements if I did not leave anything out. I would be willing to offer a kit like this if I had the resources to set this up and also the blessing of the above author.
