Add a VGA output port

Almost all LCD monitors have a VGA input so one need not buy a DVI monitor specially for BB to work.

        LCDs w/ DVI-D input are close to 2x the price of LCD w/o. In fact LCD's w/ DVI-D are available in min. 19" models, from a scan of the marketplace.
